SUPERVISION

The methodology unfolds through structured sessions that combine individual and collective work, and combines theoretical and practical elements.
The process is centered in the analysis of cases or situations, and of the difficulties or doubts that they generate. The singularity of Ndako·Ona resides in its theoretical and methodological orientation: psychoanalysis is a very useful tool to think about institutions in all their complexity, as well as their effect on the professionals and users. To establish a conversation with the professionals in charge about the existing problems and the inventions they find to treat them. As well as to address situations of anxiety, exhaustion, frustration and uncertainty.
The supervision is conducted through a total of 8 bimonthly one and a half hour sessions.
The total fee for the supervision is to be paid within the deadline, before it begins.
